I did this in Illustrator for the basic shapes, then I brought into PS for the texture. To make the holes, I used the blend and align tools, then I used the pathfinder to punch out the paper. The blend tool was great for getting the blue lines exactly 30px apart. Great tutorial that can be modified. I thought having a vector file might be handy at some point or another. Your tutorials are awesome, thanks!

Just notice the posting about the download. You know when you look so hard for something and its right in front of your face. I really have got to chill. Not crazy PS but love this tutorial. Its really good.
