		<description>I&#039;ve been following your excellent tutorials as I learn CS5 but as a former Paint Shop Pro user (which has great vector and bitmap support) I was wondering, for the sake of easier future editing if it would make sense to create some items as vectors? Eg: in this example, the paper background, holes and lines. Is that a good thing as a general rule, or is it not really necessary in Photoshop?
